Application for Membership or Associate Membership

Note: Associate membership is available to those who contribute to the education of counsellors or psychotherapists but who are not eligible for full membership and who agree to abide by the code of ethics. Applicants for associate membership should indicate their experience or interest in psychotherapy and counselling education where it is appropriate to do so on the form and/or by addressing this in the space provided.
